We are always looking for amazing talent who can contribute to our growth and deliver results Geotab is seeking a Data Intelligence Advocate who will cultivate a culture of continual learning and advancement within the Data & Analytics department, particularly in the realms of data analytics and Generative AI. The primary objective is to conceive and execute learning initiatives that bolster the proficiency of internal teams in navigating data landscapes and driving outcomes based on the adoption of Generative AI. **What you'll do:
The Data Intelligence Advocate will work craft comprehensive training modules and workshops tailored to diverse skill levels. These initiatives aim to equip all internal stakeholders with the requisite knowledge and competencies to effectively leverage data and AI technologies in their respective roles. For success in this role, reliable problem-solving skills, creativity, communication and keen insight are invaluable skills.
**How you'll make an impact
- Design, develop, facilitate and deliver targeted learning programs and courses (training sessions, workshops, and webinars) focusing on data intelligence, analytics, and Generative AI principles, tailored to different roles and levels of expertise across Geotab. With the objective of enhancing employees' data skills and understanding of AI technologies.
- Lead and enhance Geotab's Generative AI Champions Program in collaboration with Geotab’s Learning & Development team, driving internal adoption and leveraging the program's successes to position Geotab as a forefront leader in Generative AI implementation.
- Advocate for the intrinsic value of data-driven decision-making and AI innovation and enable agile adjustments to strategies in alignment with the dynamic organizational landscape.
- Monitor, evaluate, and analyze the effectiveness of data intelligence and generative AI training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms to use this data to continuously improve the learning experience.
**What you'll bring to the role
- 3-5 years of previous experience using SQL
- 3-5 years of previous experience using Python
- 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, data science, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Project Management: Experience in managing educational projects, including curriculum development, stakeholder engagement, and measuring the effectiveness of training programs.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Educational Technology, or a related discipline.
