HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE:

- Collaborate with internal and external business stakeholders to understand their data and reporting needs
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Conduct in-depth analyses to support business decisions and provide actionable insights.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in BI reports and dashboards.
- Continuously refine BI reports and dashboards to meet evolving business needs.
- Analyze business performance metrics and provide insights on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Present data insights and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
- Support the testing and monitoring of new strategies to optimize the use of new relevant business products within a risk appetite

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a technical discipline
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong data and analysis skills: able to manipulate large amounts of structured/unstructured data, summarize data in a succinct and understandable manner, and analyze the results to find key conclusions
- SQL, advanced Excel, Python to query, analyze, clean, transform data.
- Experience working with business intelligence and visualization tools such as PowerBI
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
