Euroworld Corporation is looking for a plumber to work for one of our client based in peel region, in Ontario, Canada and will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. They ensure the proper functioning of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing components to facilitate the safe distribution of water and the effective disposal of waste. Plumbers in Ontario must also adhere to provincial regulations and codes specific to the plumbing trade.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, valves, fittings, and appliances. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout and installation requirements.

2. Cut, thread, and connect pipes using various tools and techniques. Install and repair plumbing fixtures, such as sinks, toilets, faucets, showers, and water heaters. Install and maintain water supply lines, drainage systems, and sewage systems.

3. Inspect plumbing systems to identify and repair leaks, blockages, or malfunctions.

5. Obtain necessary permits and inspections as required by local authorities.

6. Identify and troubleshoot plumbing issues, diagnose problems, and determine appropriate repair or replacement solutions.

7. Use plumbing tools, equipment, and techniques to resolve plumbing system malfunctions effectively.

8. Provide recommendations and advice to customers regarding plumbing system upgrades, energy efficiency, and water conservation.

9. Coordinate with other tradespeople, contractors, or construction professionals on projects requiring plumbing installations or repairs.

10. Communicate effectively with clients, understand their needs, and provide professional and courteous service.

11. Provide explanations and instructions to clients regarding plumbing system operations, maintenance, and preventive measures.

12. Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure personal safety and the safety of others during plumbing work.

13. Adhere to quality standards and best practices in plumbing installations and repairs. Test plumbing systems for proper functioning, pressure, and leakage.

**Qualifications**:
1. At least 4 to 5 years of work experience as plumber including apprenticeship.

2. Complete a plumbing apprenticeship program approved by the Ontario College of Trades (OCOT). The apprenticeship combines on-the-job training with classroom instruction.

3. Valid Certificate of Qualification (C of Q) in plumbing issued by the Ontario College of Trades or equivalent.

4. A certificate from Plumbing and Mechanical Contractors Association (PMCA) is preferred.

5. Valid Driver's License required.

6. Extensive knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, tools, and techniques.

7. Familiarity with relevant plumbing codes, regulations, and safety guidelines in Ontario.

8. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

9. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

10. Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina.

11. Good communication and customer service skills.

**Salary**: $60.00-$80.00 per hour
