**Reporting Relationship**:This position reports directly to the Service Manager

**Job Summary**:
Birchwood Honda West is looking to add a Service Consultant to the team

**Shift details**: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM or 9AM-6PM, occasional Saturday 8AM-4PM

**Qualifications**:

- Dealership Parts and/or Service experience is required
- Relationship expert with a demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction
- High attention to detail with proven time management and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
- CDK experience is preferred, but not required
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license, clear drivers abstract and transportation to work required
