**Responsibilities**:
**Operational Oversight**:

- Manage and coordinate all FOH aspects of operations, including bar service, dining, administration and events.
- Ensure seamless day-to-day functioning and address operational challenges promptly.

**Guest Service Excellence**:

- Foster a guest-centric environment, ensuring guests receive exceptional service.
- Respond to guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall guest experience.

**Staff Management**:

- Recruit, train, and supervise pub staff, promoting a positive and collaborative work culture.
- Develop and implement FOH staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.

**Financial Management**:

- Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and revenue streams to achieve financial targets.
- Implement cost-saving strategies without compromising service quality.

**Inventory Control**:

- Oversee bar inventory management, including ordering, stock rotation, and minimizing waste.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and maintain strong vendor relationships.

**Event Coordination**:

- Plan and execute pub events, promotions, and themed nights to attract and engage guests.
- Coordinate with marketing and promotions teams to maximize event visibility.

**Health and Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, be ready and respond to safety inspections from governing bodies.
- Implement and enforce sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

- Victoria, BC (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Victoria, BC: Relocate before starting work (required)
