**Position Summary**:
As an integral member of the Diagnostic Imaging program, the Performance Reporting and Data Quality Analyst will perform assessment, reporting and communication on the quality of data to Ontario Heath for Diagnostic Imaging. This position will report to the Diagnostic Imaging manager and support Trillium Health Partners’ Wait Time Coordinator by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on Wait Time reporting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordination and facilitation of departmental wait time performance on a monthly basis;
- Aggregate, analyze, report, and present patient satisfaction information from internal hospital sources;
- Extract, generate and analyze reports on Wait Times statistical data for internal and external stakeholders;
- Oversee and resolve data quality issues related to the collection and submission of Diagnostic Imaging to the Wait Time Information System (WTIS);
- Investigate and resolve complex Message Failure Management (MFM) errors in WTIS for Diagnostic Imaging;
- Validate and edit any discrepancies identified between the WTIS and internal systems (EPIC, Sectra PACS);
- Communicate regularly with DI booking staff to educate and improve the completeness of data including the inclusion of delays affecting readiness to treat (DARTs) in patient profile;
- Prioritize workload to support the reconciliation of completed volumes and complete compliance feedback at the end of the month;
- Other administrative duties as required in support of the Diagnostic Imaging department including scheduling meetings, training and education, etc.

**Qualifications**:

- College diploma or University degree in Business or Health Related Field preferred;
- Strong knowledge of WTIS and 3 to 5 years’ experience in performance reporting in Diagnostic Imaging;
- Knowledge hospital computerized/electronic systems (EPIC and Sectra PACS) is an asset;
- Strong communication and organizational skills;
- Proven abilities in preparing, designing and distributing internal/external correspondence, including: reports, presentations, proposals, letters, memos, minutes of meetings, etc.;
- Strong technical skills in Windows, MS Word, Power Point, Outlook, Excel, MS Project;
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written, combined with a customer focused approach and ability to handle requests in a professional, diplomatic and tactful manner;
- Demonstrated ability to be detail and quality oriented as well as a high degree of initiative and self-direction.-
