**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **CRM Management**: Configure, customize, and maintain the GoHighLevel CRM to meet the unique needs of Brand Guruz and its clients.
- **Data Management**: Ensure data integrity by managing data imports, exports, deduplication, and conducting regular data audits.
- **User Support & Training**: Provide support and training to team members and clients on CRM functionalities and best practices.
- **Reporting & Analytics**: Generate and analyze CRM reports to provide insights on customer behavior, sales trends, and campaign effectiveness for both the agency and its clients.
- **Workflow Optimization**: Develop and optimize workflows, automation rules, and processes to improve efficiency and user experience.
- **Troubleshooting**: Identify and resolve CRM-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions for the agency and its clients.
- **Documentation**: Maintain comprehensive documentation of CRM configurations, processes, and updates.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years working with CRM systems, preferably GoHighLevel.
- Proven experience in CRM customization, data management, and reporting.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in CRM software (GoHighLevel experience is highly desirable).
- Basic understanding of databases and SQL is a plus.
- Familiarity with integration tools and APIs.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data quality.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Certification in GoHighLevel or other CRM platforms.
- Experience with marketing automation tools.
- Knowledge of sales processes and customer lifecycle management.

**Portfolio Required**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: $1,200.00-$1,800.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 - 16 per week

Additional pay:
