We are currently looking for a tech-savvy **International PPC specialist** with superior analytical skills and a passion for digital performance.

Reporting to the director of International marketing, you are responsible for developing full-cycle international PPC strategies and report on performance to ensure the growth of our brands.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement PPC strategies to grow brand awareness, conversions and leads through marketing performance, search engine and conversion optimization for a portfolio of brands
- Perform market research, competitor analysis and audience segmentation
- Execute data driven paid marketing strategy through creation of Google Search, Display, YouTube, Facebook marketing campaigns and their optimization
- Utilize Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Search console to analyze campaign performance
- Create campaign performance reports, monthly spend reporting and ad hoc reports as needed
- Explore new marketing channels as required
- Manage relationships with internal teams and external marketing/media partners

**Skills, Competencies & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing (MBA is an asset)
- Excellent knowledge of digital marketing concepts, terminology and experience working with transactional and non-transactional websites
- Excellent Excel and analytical skills needed
- Knowledge of SEM, SEO and web products
- Knowledge of Google, Facebook and YouTube advertising platforms (Google and Facebook certifications are a strong asset)
- Excellent knowledge of English to deal with media partners
- Autonomy, attention to detail and team spirit
- Ability to adapt to a constantly changing and dynamic environment

**Experience**:

- 3+ years experience in display and social media paid advertising
- B2C marketing experience (an asset)
- Experience using Facebook Ads, Google Ads and similar third-party campaign management tools
- Experience working in global marketing environments (an asset)
- Experience working in ecommerce (an asset)
- Experience with WordPress and Shopify content management systems (an asset)
- Analytics experience in performance-based marketing is highly preferred
- Experience with Data reporting and visualization using tools

Sous la responsabilité du directeur du marketing international, vous êtes chargé(e) d'élaborer des stratégies internationales de PPC à cycle complet et de rendre compte des performances afin d'assurer la croissance de nos marques.

**Responsabilités**:

- Mettre en œuvre des stratégies PPC pour accroître la notoriété de la marque, les conversions et les leads grâce à l'optimisation des performances marketing, des moteurs de recherche et des conversions pour un portefeuille de marques.
- Réaliser des études de marché, des analyses de la concurrence et de la segmentation de l'audience.
- Exécuter des stratégies de marketing payant basées sur des données en créant des campagnes de marketing Google Search, Display, YouTube, Facebook et en les optimisant.
- Utiliser Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager et Search Console pour analyser les performances des campagnes.
- Créer des rapports sur les performances des campagnes, des rapports mensuels sur les dépenses et des rapports ad hoc selon les besoins.
- Explorer de nouveaux canaux de marketing si nécessaire
- Gérer les relations avec les équipes internes et les partenaires marketing/médias externes.
