We specialize in resurfacing both residential and commercial driveways, patios, pool decks, playgrounds, splash pads, and more. Our product is made out of recycled rubber and we install projects all throughout British Columbia.

**Description of Duties**:

- Completing the project per the project scope taking into account any items discussed during the initial client walkthrough.
- Recruit and manage your own team to install Eco Paving’s rubber.
- Ensuring all projects are within the agreed-upon budget and informing clients if the cost changes i.e.: material estimate adjustments or unexpected occurrences.
- Confirming the project details and required materials before arriving at the warehouse.
- Maintaining quality control procedures including problem prevention and solving any situations that arise including assessing and minimizing risk.
- Oversees hiring and onboarding of all crew members.
- Training all employees on new procedures or keeping up to date on materials.
- Ensuring health and safety measures are in place and met at all times.
- Ensuring crew retention by fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensuring 9/10 average client survey results, mínimal complaints from the site, and clean up.
- Ensuring less than 5% call-backs month over month.
- Creating strong customer relations and trust by showing up on time, delivering the work in the time agreed upon, and keeping open communication throughout the project, including keeping the client/Eco Paving up to date and if there are any issues that arise.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years in the construction, trades, or landscaping industry in a supervisor or leadership role (required)
- Experienced in hiring, mentoring, training, and retaining a focused team; the foresight and ability to delegate accordingly (Recommended)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills demonstrated through leading their teams on site, and communicating to a variety of stakeholders including clients and management
- Managing payroll, material tracking, updating the CRM and general day to day admin (Recommended)
- Ability to work in an outdoor environment for long periods of time -Experience with managing multiple schedules and job sites
- Must own or willing to purchase a truck, trailer, and mixer and have a valid Canadian driver’s license.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- Hardscape landscaping or rubber paving experience a Bonus

**Non Negotiables**:

- Must be willing to invest in a truck, trailer, tools, and a mixer
- Repair all work that is not up to standard at the contractor’s cost
- Must have/obtain all necessary licenses and insurance
- Must register the business with British Columbia
- Class 5 drivers license required
- No criminal records
- No current substance abuse
