**Job Summary**

**RC Richcity Construction ** is looking for a **Stucco Plasterer** to join our team for our projects throughout the Lower Mainland. We specializing in stucco installation and repair. This position includes full-time, permanent, year-round work and competitive wages.

A strong work ethic is a must. Every day you are expected to learn how you can best contribute to successful job completions, of high-quality work, in the residential and commercial sectors. We pay based on experience, skill level and performance.

**Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Work with paper wire lath
- Build frames scaffolding
- Clean and prepare surfaces
- Mix stucco ingredients in trough to desired consistency
- Apply, level and smooth coats of plaster using trowels, floats, brushes, and spraying equipment
- Trowel or spray coats of stucco over exteriors of buildings
- Finish corners and angles and create decorative designs in finish coat, if required
- Other duties may be assigned to you by your foreman

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Hard working and dependable
- Carpentry skill an asset
- Safety training and First Aid will be considered an asset
- Physically demanding - bending crouching, kneeling, requires good attention to detail, hand-eye co-ordination
- PPE required

**Salary & Benefits**:

- Bonus provided after consecutive employment of one year

**Salary**: $20 to $32.00 per hour (dependent on experience, capabilities, and your personnel learning curve)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
