**The Kawartha Craft Beer Festival will be held Friday May 31 and Saturday June 1, 2024.**

The Kawartha Craft Beer Festival, presented by Bobcaygeon Brewing Company, is pleased to announce the 7th anniversary of the Festival, taking place Friday May 31 - Saturday June 1, 2024. This two-day event will be held at Del Crary Park next to Peterborough’s beautiful Little Lake on Friday, May 31 from 4pm-11pm, and Saturday, June 1 from 11am-11pm, featuring Ontario Craft Breweries, Cideries, food & merchandise vendors, and live music throughout the day.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Ticket Sales Representative to join our team for the Kawartha Craft Beer Festival. This role is available during event hours only: May 31-June 1. As a Ticket Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling tickets to customers on-site, checking ID's, and checking in guests who have pre-purchased tickets.

**Duties**:

- Process ticket orders and payments accurately and efficiently
- Check ID's of guests purchasing tickets to ensure they are of age to participate in the event
- Provide customer service to all guests
- Provide accurate information about event details, tickets, pricing, and more.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner

Qualifications:

- Smart Serve Required
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in using technology for sales purposes
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 2 days

Pay: $17.10 per hour

Expected hours: 9 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekends only

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Smart Serve (required)

**Location**:

- Peterborough, ON K9H 3R3 (preferred)
