**The Opportunity**

Reporting to the Sales Vice President, the Inside Sales Representative will play a key role in driving sales activities and nurturing relationships within North America.

**Responsibilities**
- Drive revenue growth by engaging with new and existing clients, focusing on inside sales efforts.
- Engage in proactive prospecting and manage sales cycles, from initial contact to closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients, becoming a trusted advisor.
- Utilize CRM tools to keep detailed records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions that meet client-specific requirements.
- Participate in team meetings and sync with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive activities to effectively position our products.

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in technology or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
