We offer a unique opportunity for a passionate Customer Service Representative

In this position, you will be responsible for handling and coordinating every aspect of jobs/orders through the printing production process.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Interact and provide exceptional customer service through engagement with clients by understanding client requirements.
- Receive digital files, prepare digital docket, and ensure e-proofs are delivered on time.
- Review incoming proofs, update production, and forward to Pre-press.
- Provide print production solutions to meet project and client expectations along with changes to reflect changing requirements.
- Advise customers on extra cost changes from the estimation team.
- Communicates in a timely manner with customers with accurate information pertaining to project timelines.
- Report the status of current and pending projects on a daily basis to customers.
- Ensure all stages of quality control process have been adhered to in all stages prior to shipping off the floor.
- Perform clerical and other office support tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- College Diploma/University Degree or Related Post-Secondary Education
- Strong service orientation and experience in customer service or professional services environment
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, IQ

**Salary**: $36,000.00-$37,500.00 per year
