Client Service Associate

**Key Responsibilities**
**Client Relationship Management**
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
Assist in onboarding new clients, including account setup and documentation.
Schedule and prepare for client meetings, including gathering necessary documentation and creating presentation materials.
**Transaction Processing**
Process client transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and trades.
Ensure all transactions are executed accurately and in a timely manner.
Monitor account activities and reconcile discrepancies.
**Administrative Support**
Maintain and update client records in the CRM system.
Prepare and distribute client statements, reports, and other communications.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office organization.
**Compliance and Documentation**
Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Maintain accurate and organized documentation for compliance audits.
Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory reports.
**Client Education and Communication**
Educate clients on financial products, services, and market updates.
Communicate proactively with clients about account statuses, upcoming meetings, and relevant financial news.
**Support to Financial Advisors**
Assist financial advisors with portfolio analysis, investment research, and preparation of financial plans.
Manage the advisor’s calendar and coordinate client appointments.
Provide support during client presentations and follow up on action items.
**Qualifications**
Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field.
Experience: Previous experience in wealth management, financial services, or related industry preferred.
**Skills**
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités principales
**Gestion des relations client**
