**Description du poste (Job Description)**
- Tarification AG définit et met en œuvre la stratégie globale de tarification des produits d'assurance générale en fonction des objectifs d'affaires de TD Assurance et conformément à la législation et la réglementation régionale des primes d'assurance. La tarification demeure un élément déterminant de nos produits qui se destinent aux marchés directs et de l'affinité.
- Relevant du directeur de la tarification résidentielle, l'analyste principal en actuariat joue un rôle clé dans le développement complet de stratégies de tarification et de changements de taux. L'analyste principal contribue au succès continu et futur de l'entreprise, que ce soit par l'établissement de stratégies de prix pour tous les produits résidentiels et tous les assureurs à la grandeur du pays, le développement de modèles, de méthodologies et d'outils, le suivi, la vigie et l'efficacité des taux par le biais d'indiqués et/ou l'exécution d'initiatives de tarification ou d'affaires en utilisant les meilleures pratiques en matière de gouvernance.
- Responsabilités
- Développer des stratégies de tarification pour chaque marché et produit en fonction des objectifs de croissance et de rentabilité.
- Superviser les analyses produites par les analystes pour développer des stratégies sophistiquées de tarification basées sur les réclamations actuelles et en considérant le positionnement concurrentiel de l'entreprise;
- Générer des idées dans l'élaboration des stratégies pour accélérer une croissance profitable tout en exécutant et supervisant la mise en œuvre de celles-ci;
- Stratégies de tarification créant un avantage concurrentiel;
- Initiatives pour améliorer la segmentation des clients en prenant en considération les contraintes de marché et les contraintes règlementaires;
- Identifier les segments de clients avec une profitabilité supérieure à la moyenne dans le but de faire du marketing ciblé;
- Développement de modèles pour évaluer et mesurer l'élasticité au prix et les comportements des clients;
- Mettre en place et maintenir les meilleures pratiques de travail et des contrôles pour mitiger le risque en plus d'appliquer et garder à jour les processus, politiques et procédures pour l'équipe de tarification.
- Soutenir la mise en œuvre des changements de taux
- Veiller à ce que des mesures appropriées soient en place pour assurer l'exactitude de la tarification de toutes les polices émises (conformité et risques réputationnels).
- Soutenir et encadrer le travail des analystes au sein de l'équipe;
- Assurer la liaison, établir et maintenir les relations avec nos partenaires et les parties prenantes internes et externes;
- Soutenir nos partenaires d'affaires pour les problématiques reliées à la tarification;

**Exigences du poste (Job Requirements)**
- Plus de cinq ans d'expérience actuarielle en assurance de dommages
- Baccalauréat en actuariat ou un domaine connexe
- Excellente connaissance d'Excel
- Habilité et intérêt en informatique, notamment SQL et R
- La modélisation prédictive est un atout
- Sens du leadership et forte aptitude pour le travail d'é
