At our **Cambridge Facility** we fabricate and assemble components for heavy truck, defense and off-road equipment companies. We feature fitting and welding, metal forming, saw cutting, painting, assembly departments and manufacture everything from small components to large structures, sheet metal to heavy plate.

**Job Description - Continuous Improvement Specialist**

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Major Responsibilities:

- Identify opportunities for process improvement through careful data collection and analysis and lead a team of employees to conduct problem solving and build recommended action plans
- Will collect data and perform analysis using various reporting formats such as charts, graphs and comparison tables
- Evaluate data & recommend capital expenditures and ensures decisions and forward actions are implemented and/or communicated to the teams
- Prepares appropriate communication content to update management & Arrow Group employees
- Train small employee teams on the principles, tools, and techniques of Continuous Improvement
- Monitor post implementation results and report on need for further follow-up or interventions
- Participate and lead CI initiatives
- Willingness to travel

Other Responsibilities:

- Promote Continuous Improvement philosophies throughout the Arrow Off-Road organization
- Advocate for positive change
- Provide CI training for employees
- Follow CI process to accomplish sustainability
- Partner with key customers for cost reductions through CI initiatives

**Key Qualification/Requirements**:

- Six Sigma, green belt
- Understanding of 5S
- Knowledge in welding & fabricating manufacturing
- AutoCAD/ 3D modeling experience
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Fixture design experience
- Machining experience
- College diploma in manufacturing/engineering excellence
- MS Project experience

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
