**Flagger (Multiple positions)**

Pioneer Construction is looking for hard-working, self-motivated employees with a proven record of safety and reliability to fill the position of Flaggers in the Kenora Area. The Flagger will require a high level of motivation, professionalism, and independence. This is a full-time seasonal position available with competitive wages and a benefits package.

**JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Control the flow of traffic throughout job sites.
- Assist equipment operators, and other skilled Labour when necessary.
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards.
- Display professionalism toward our company and customers.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures: safety standards operations, maintenance, training, cleanliness standards, etc.
- Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Education**:

- Must possess a valid G Drivers License
- High school diploma or equivalent is considered an asset

**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**
- Must be capable of all physical requirements including lifting (up to 50lb), bending, climbing, etc.
- Experience in the construction industry is considered an asset.
- Must be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Must be willing to travel to job sites with occasional overnight stays when required.
- Seasonal positions available with the opportunity for overtime.
- Multiple positions available.
