JLL is currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Intern to provide reliable, timely, and efficient support to our Valuation Advisory team in Vancouver. Our Canadian VA team is a best‐in‐class national valuation platform, with geographical coverage to tackle complex advisory and appraisal mandates across the country. The group currently focuses on valuation assignments of major,
institutional grade retail, office, and industrial assets, with some localized specialization in multi‐family, seniors housing, and hotel properties. In 2021, the team valued north of $55B in property value across Canada.

**Responsibilities Include**:
Complete comparable sale research for use by senior professionals
Compile comparable lease data, and assist in managing internal databases
Introduction to and preparation of zoning and highest best use analysis
Learn the initial entry steps related to Argus Enterprise and cash flow projection
Provide an understanding to valuation principles
Support overall valuation process and afford exposure to retail, office and industrial properties
Participate in team meetings, intern meetings and mentor/mentee meetings

QUALIFICATIONS
Currently enrolled in post‐secondary education in Commerce, Economics, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or related programs
Experience in the commercial real estate sector is considered an asset but not required
Demonstrated proficiency with all applicable software packages including but not limited to MS Windows; MS Office, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud programs is an asset (Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, among others)
