**What will you be doing?**

As an **Early Childhood Educator**, you will work side-by-side with teachers and families to provide a home away from home for children ages 3-5 years old in our care. Responsibilities include:

- Developing and implementing a program in line with BrightPath’s curriculum that supports the development of children.
- Maintaining an environment that protects the well-being of children.
- Assessing the abilities, interests, and needs of children and discuss progress with parents and other staff.
- Establishing collaborative relationships with co-workers, management, and families.
- Attending staff meetings and professional development opportunities as necessary.
- Working to maintain cleanliness and organization of classroom materials.
- Other duties as assigned.
