**TITLE**: Accounts Payable Manager

**LOCATION**: Rocky View, AB

**Position Description**:
Environmental 360 Solutions is looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to join our organization. Reporting directly to the Regional Controller, this role will be responsible for day-to-day accounts payable, and also managing a national team. If you've previously led a team in an A/P supervisory capacity, then this may be a great opportunity.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Manage a national A/P team (4 employees)
- Maintain best practices and help continue to develop streamlined A/P processes.
- Ensure timely process routing and posting of invoices.
- Preparation of weekly cash disbursement report
- Preparation of cheques, EFT’s, and wire transfers as needed.
- Reconciliation of accounts payable sub ledger to general ledger
- Review Job Costing and CAPEX for accuracy.
- Review and reconcile vendor accounts.
- Assist with cashflow forecasting.
- Maintain a positive work environment as it pertains to oversight of A/P team.
- Ad-hoc reporting & projects as needed.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of managerial experience is required; 5-10 years of full-cycle A/P experience.
- Accounting experience in a construction or waste management environment is highly desired.
- Previous experience with Sage 300 is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume work environment is a must.
