**ABOUT YOU**

We are in search of Service Ambassadors to join our team Our Service Ambassadors include a strong team of amazing individuals who possess an array of customer service and leadership skills utilized to facilitate smooth operation of our office. We are looking for a team player who cares deeply about customer satisfaction and values trust, respect, teamwork and enjoys being surrounded by genuine and sincere people.

**POSITION CONDITIONS**
- Work is performed in a clinic environment.
- Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals.
- Fast-paced work environment.

**_Work hours: _**
- Must be available to work flexible hours including some mornings, some evenings and some weekends.

**JOB SUMMARY**

The primary goal of a Service Ambassador is to create an unforgettable client experience and facilitate the positive and seamless operations of our office. The position requires important skills such as the ability to collaborate with other team members, the willingness to be analytical and prioritize key tasks, the desire to be detail-oriented and the confidence to implement critical-thinking and problem-solving skills. This position is ideal for those who are highly motivated in creating a caring customer experience for each client so they can experience less pain and get back to their busy life

**EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum high school diploma, however post-secondary education in any field is an asset.
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience.
- Medical office experience is considered a strong asset.

**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Follow and complete the clinic opening/closing procedures.
- Serve client’s by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Administer COVID-19 screening assessment upon patient arrival.
- Notify appropriate personnel of visitor arrival.
- Keep a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and current regulations.
- Book new clients over the phone and ensure operational procedures are completed properly.
- Contact new patients one day in advance of their appointment to remind them of their upcoming appointment.
- Collect and record patients’ personal and medical information.
- Check appropriate software to remind Doctors of patient related tasks that need to be completed.
- Act as a liaison between chiropractors and patients by relaying accurate patient information in a timely manner.
- Scan and fax a variety of documents and save them to the appropriate files.
- Fax medical release requests to hospitals to obtain copies of patient diagnostic imaging reports.
- Prepare insurance paperwork and documentation for patients who have ordered custom orthotics.
- Save reports from incoming faxes to the patient's file.
- Prepare treatment rooms prior to doctor shift changes.
- Other administrative duties as required.

Established in 2008, The Chiropractic Wellness Studio has developed its reputation as a modern Health & Wellness Studio that is focused on meeting the needs of our clients to move away from pain by providing them with our clinical expertise in an environment of relaxation, comfort and kindness. Providing an unforgettable customer experience is essential to our organization and we are focused on meeting the needs of our clients and we provide exceptional value to each person and their family during every visit.

We currently employ an amazing team of 7 Chiropractors, 7 Massage Therapists, an Acupuncturist, and 15 Service Ambassadors. When we add new members to our team we are looking for those who value trust, respect, teamwork, continuous improvement and open communication.

We are located in Northeast Edmonton (Clareview) and to accommodate our clients’ busy lives and schedules, we open 7 days per week and provide appointments early morning, late evening and weekends.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
