**RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES**

- Carry out responsibilities in accordance with the HR policies and procedures
- Basic knowledge of truck and heavy equipment operation
- Working knowledge of related maintenance and repair practices
- Working knowledge of diesel engines, gas engines, hydraulic pumps and motors
- Ability to deal with multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
- Oral and written communication skills
- Perform routine service to all vehicles and equipment
- Pre and post snow storm preparation (fueling equipment, checking fluids, repairs)
- Perform emergency service to all vehicles and equipment when required (24/7)
- Advise field staff and management of the proper and safe use of vehicles and equipment
- Ensure shop/repair facility is maintained in a safe manner and is always organized, clean and tidy
- Prepare all purchase orders and maintain repair records on vehicles and equipment
- Ensure that repairs and maintenance costs are kept within budget
- Assist/advise Owners and Management Team in fleet realignment
- Ability to be a self-starter and work independently
- Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned
- Open to working at other locations, as needed
- Flexible work schedule
- Team oriented
- Reliable and able to work under pressure

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $65,000.00 per year
