**Job Duties**:

- Building boxed bikes within an hour for the sales floor
- Checking over new bicycle purchases and installing accessories in a timely matter. Will also contact the customer when their bike is ready for pick-up
- Performing quick repairs such as, but not limited to fixing flats, derailleur adjustments, installing chains, etc.
- Assisting with service writing during peak times
- Proper disposal of cardboard and garbage from bike builds
- Cleaning the service department and maintaining an organized and tidy working area
- Ongoing online S-Tec and Trek U training to maintain “Guide” status

**What you’ve done**:

- **Education Level**:

- Pursuing high school education or has a high school diploma (or equivalent)
- **Prior Experience-** Not required but is an asset. Must be mechanically inclined and willing to learn new skills.
- **Specific skills-** Attention to detail and time management. Ability to conduct themselves in a professional manner with both customers and coworkers.
- **Personal characteristics-** Able to work under pressure and handle tight deadlines.
- **Physical abilities-** Can lift boxes or items around 30 pounds and is comfortable working on ladders.
