Calgary, Canada Stage 3 Separation Full time

Stage 3 Separation is looking for a **Shop Manager** to join our team We are a small family owned business located in **Calgary, AB**. We are looking for someone who is a team player, has a positive attitude, and wants to work in a fun and fast paced environment.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the shop including scheduling, deliveries, and customer service.
- Manage and train staff on how to use our products and how they look and feel.
- Communicate with customers about inventory, promotions, and general store updates.
- Maintain cleanliness of the shop including sweeping, mopping, and general organization of the floor.
- Manage any issues that arise during the day that affect customers or employees.
- Be able to work 40 hours per week during peak season (May - October).
- Work closely with our sales manager to ensure that all orders are being fulfilled efficiently and quickly.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a retail manager or relevant role in retail.
- Strong problem solving skills in order to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on importance and delegate accordingly.
- Knowledge of customer service practices and best practices.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $90,000.00-$140,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
