- Manage multiple projects to meet client and BBA objectives.
- Deliver consistently high-quality mandates (active planning, coordinating and managing).
- Manage projects and complete project planning, estimating, scheduling and execution for BBA clients.
- Manage BBA engineering project deliverables including project schedules, budgets and changes to ensure project success to meet client expectations.
- Generate RFPs, lead proposals and negotiate contacts for engineering project awards.
- Review proposals and project deliverables prepared by others and provide feedback to promote improved quality, growth and learning within the team.
- Develop a healthy opportunity pipeline for industrial and mining clients in the Kootenay region.
- Interface with national business line directors and other regions on applicable pursuits, proposals, or projects.
- Prepare and communicate regional resource planning.
- Maintain a highly motivated and value-focused team environment.
- Provide specialist technical input, leadership and management for projects as needed.
- Manage the expectations expressed by clients, project team members and the organization.
- Address technical, commercial and human project issues in a proactive and timely manner.
- Assist with the establishment of a project management and estimating system for BBA in the West to continue to grow and develop our project execution team.
- Ensure that BBA’s Health and Safety Policy is applied by trained and qualified staff.

**Overview of certifications and job requirements**
- Over 10 years of experience in project management on OPEX and CAPEX projects in the industrial/heavy civil sector.
- Possess a broad network of client relationships that will provide access to BBA and generate RFPs
- Solid experience in writing and preparing winning proposals
- Previous experience in client management, prepare account plans/teams, and grow BBA revenue for those clients over time
- A Professional Engineer (mechanical or civil) licenced in the province of BC
- Strong project manager with a proven track record in delivering projects on time, on budget, and to a high degree of client satisfaction

- Annual base salary between $102,000 - $150,000
