**Your Opportunity**
We are currently seeking a Full Time Document Control Specialist to join our Transportation Team. This position will work under the direction of the Project Controls Manager. The initial assignment is to be a part of the Document Control team on a large 8 year Program consisting of 12 Projects under the direction of the Program Document Control Lead.
**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Be responsible for Document Control on 3 or more large projects working directly with the PM teams, Consultants and Client under the direction of the Document Control Lead,
- Checking and correcting file naming
- Issuing and tracking deliverables for review
- Assisting users with access and training as needed
- Advising on FOI requirements
**Qualifications**
**Your Capabilities and Credentials**
- ProjectWise including 365, FTP Sites, SharePoint/Teams
- Familiarity with a variety of Document Control Applications an asset
- Intermediate user of Microsoft office and Adobe Suite of products
- Strong organizational and communication skills
**Education and Experience**
- 3-5 years of experience in a document control role preferably with some with large projects

**Salary Range(s)**:
- Lower Mainland $53,800 / BC Other Areas $50,800 - Lower Mainland $75,400 / BC Other Areas $71,100 Min/Max Pay Range for postings located in BC (Lower Mainland includes Vancouver & Burnaby)
The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible.
