**Shift Details**
Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm
Must be able to work statutory holidays and/or weekend shifts (if required)
**Responsibilities**:
- Communicate with managers to coordinate assignments
- Copies, collates, and otherwise prepares reports for mailings, meetings, and other correspondence
- Providing reception assistance when required during peak hours
- Providing accounting and clerical assistance to the accounting department
- Regularly check and maintain record of necessary office supplies
- Performs other related duties as assigned
**Skills**
- Excellent attention to detail; able to make recommendations
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadline in a fact paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in order to communicate clearly and concisely with coworkers, other departments and clients
- Proficient data entry skills
- Computer literacy and strong skills in Microsoft Suite
- Good analytical, clerical and organization skills
- Motivated to learn and adapt to new assignments
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and under pressure
**Education/Experience**
- Secondary school or related equivalent
