We are currently looking for an operations specialist to join our dynamic and growing team.

**Operations / Shipping and Receiving**
- Managing day-to-day operations
- Optimizing operational processes, and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
- Assisting with the implementation of new processes and procedures.
- Pick/pack/ship online, retail and distributor orders
- Quality Control of products before its shipped to customers
- Get accurate freight quotes for orders
- Arrange shipping, prepare shipping documents, and book courier pickup and dock time
- Work with suppliers on shipments
- Coordinate with other operations and production staff members for raw material top up and preparation
- Manage inventory, ordering supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
- Manage warehouse. Ensure effective and safe use of warehouse equipment. Organize warehouse and maximize warehouse spacing.
- Tracking and reporting on operational performance.

**Purchasing**
- Generate Purchase Orders for supplies
- Follow up and update delivery dates of purchase orders
- Process Receiving Transactions
- Assist in sourcing, qualifying, and grading vendors
- eCommerce Platforms such as Shopify, Square Space, Wix etc.
- Shipping and logistics
- Prepare export and import documents
- Inventory management

**Requirements**:

- Solid computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook,)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze and improve operational processes.
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking and strong sense of time organization and urgency
- Available to work extended hours
- **Detail-oriented **is a MUST

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $17.50 per hour
