If you're looking for a job that comes with important responsibilities, this opportunity is for you As a **Security Guard in the Health Sector**, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety of visitors, clients, and staff. We are currently seeking **one Full-Time Security Guard** to join our team and support one of our largest clients in Winnipeg.

We believe in fostering growth within our team—**30% of our frontline employees** are promoted into operational roles.

- **Shift**: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (must be available to work all shifts)

**What Does a Security Guard in the Health Sector Do?**:

- **Customer Service**: Maintain a polite, friendly, and professional demeanor while treating everyone with respect
- **Access Control & Reporting**: Manage access control and document activities through clear and concise reports
- **CCTV Monitoring & De-escalation**: Monitor surveillance systems and handle de-escalation situations effectively
- **Patrolling**: Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety and security of the premises
- **Incident Investigation**: Investigate and report incidents, hazards, and security breaches
- **Special Event Support**: Monitor and manage crowd control and access during special events
- **Emergency Protocols**: Take swift action during emergencies following Gardaworld and USB protocols
- **Desk Duties**: Perform administrative duties, including desk monitoring and support
- **Additional Duties**: Complete any other assigned tasks as required

**Qualifications to Become a Security Guard in the Health Sector**:

- Security Guard License: Valid Permanent Manitoba Security Guard License required
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (written and oral)
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer Service: Strong skills in providing excellent customer service
- Technical Skills: Excellent computer skills, with the ability to manage security systems
