Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Antrim Truck Stop. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Your expertise in food preparation and attention to detail will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.

Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food service
- Assist with meal preparation and plating as needed
- Monitor food inventory and communicate any shortages or discrepancies
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within the food industry
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
- Strong understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
