Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team. As a Kitchen Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring the highest quality of food and service. If you have a passion for the food industry, excellent leadership skills, and a strong attention to detail, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Main responsibility is to call the line and ensure a consistent flow.
- Work closely with the kitchen manager to maintain standards.
- Supervise and coordinate all kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper food handling techniques, safety procedures, and sanitation standards
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the management team to develop new menu items and specials
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Assist in the preparation of food when necessary
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Manage kitchen staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage for all shifts
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to kitchen staff

- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food industry best practices
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
