**Marketing Manager - North America**

We're thrilled to be growing our team and launching Swoop into North America. We already have offices in London, Dublin, Sydney and Toronto. This role will be based in Toronto and reporting into the UK-based Head of Marketing.

We're expanding our newly formed North America-based team and seeking a Marketing Manager to develop and deliver a plan to drive awareness and demand generation activities within our newest market.

This will be a role that will involve working across all marketing disciplines ensuring content, messaging and campaigns are tailored to the US market - with a focus on building awareness in order to drive new customer acquisition. The role will entail working closely with our partners to develop programs and manage activities within their SME communities.

Working alongside the UK based marketing team, you'll ultimately be responsible for effective delivery of content and campaigns as well as budget management, ROI tracking and evaluation. You will take control of planning and executing fully integrated campaigns to drive overall demand of the Swoop platform.

**Desired Skills & Experience**

Ideally you will have had experience in a similar role in a scaleup environment - and FinTech or financial services exposure would be ideal. You will have excellent content creation abilities and have experience working across the full marketing mix - PR, social media, digital marketing, partnership marketing and all other potential customer acquisition disciplines.

**About you**
- You are an experienced marketer, ideally in financial services with three or more years of experience in a B2B marketing role.
- You have a proven track record of driving growth through delivery of marketing initiatives.
- You will enjoy working in a small, startup culture with a ?sleeves-rolled up? approach to getting involved in all areas of the business and brand building.
- Excellent copy-writing ability with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- You have experience in driving sales through digital channels, and also face to face and direct marketing initiatives
- You have a customer-focused mindset, ensuring the delivery of quality output on time and to budget.
- A self-starter, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Creative, but commercially-minded.
- You have a mix of creative and analytical skills - able to develop new innovative marketing activities with strong quantitative analytical skills to review and act on the results.
- You are able to work across multiple teams both internally, externally and internationally.
