**Qualifications**
- High School Diploma, Post Secondary considered an asset
- 3-4 years relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment
- Relevant certifications, such as a Certified technician (CPT) or Six Sigma certification a plus.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Previous leadership experience, preferably in a union environment
- Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations
