The primary area of responsibility for this position is the management of marketing initiatives that support the attainment of institutional enrolment goals. This includes a marketing strategy that provides direction to promotional activity and effectively expresses the brand experience of Medicine Hat College.

Related duties include leading the student marketing assistant program and working collaboratively with academic leaders, faculty and staff to understand program offerings and alignment, gain perspective of the external environment, and provide strategic input.

**Details**:
As a successful applicant you'll have:

- Two-year diploma in a related field, bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Three years’ related work experience in public relations, or marketing in post-secondary or corporate environment.
- An equivalent combination of related education and experience may be considered.
