We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Busser/Bar Back to join our dynamic team at Habitat Social Cafe & Bar. The Busser/Bar Back plays a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining and drinking experience for our guests. This position involves maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area, assisting servers, and providing essential support to the bartenders.

**Responsibilities**:
Clearing and resetting tables promptly and efficiently to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for guests.

Assisting servers by refilling water glasses, delivering food orders, and addressing any additional guest needs.

Removing used dishes, glassware, and utensils from tables to keep the dining area tidy and organized.

Replenishing supplies such as napkins, straws, and condiments as needed.

Emptying trash cans and ensuring proper waste disposal.

Restocking the bar area with glassware, ice, garnishes, and other necessary items to assist bartenders.

Washing, polishing, and storing glassware and utensils in a sanitary manner.

Assisting bartenders with basic tasks, such as preparing garnishes and pouring drinks.

Supporting the overall cleanliness of the restaurant or bar, including sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down surfaces, and cleaning restrooms.

Collaborating with the kitchen and service staff to maintain efficient communication and workflow.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and organization.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and carry items for extended periods.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
