**Role & Responsibilities - How You'll Make an Impact**:
- Supervise, coordinate and evaluate maintenance employees;
- Supervise the training of new personnel;
- Plan maintenance and improvement work on equipment, tools, jigs and the plant in general;
- Keep up to date the maintenance system, its tree structure, equipment data sheets, periodic maintenance sheets, list of active suppliers;
**Qualities & Skills - What Sets You Apart**:
- Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent relevant experience,
- Experience in maintenance management,
- Demonstrate appropriate leadership focused on teamwork while developing employee skills and motivation,
- Knowledge of maintenance management software (CMMS, etc.).
