We are excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Brand Manager to join our Marketing Team at Capital Automotive Group, a leading automotive group known for its commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. This role reports directly to the Creative Director within the Marketing Department, playing a crucial role in developing, maintaining, and enforcing brand standards across all individual business units, including dealerships. The Brand Manager
ensures a consistent and impactful brand presence across multiple customer touch points.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Brand Standard Development & Enforcement: Spearhead the creation of a

comprehensive brand book that outlines brand standards for swag, dress code,
- Website Optimization: Lead efforts to enhance the look and feel of each business unit's website, ensuring an optimal user experience that aligns with brand standards and promotes customer engagement.
- Design Support: Serve as a backup designer for the design team, providing creative input and support on various projects to ensure continuity and quality of brand representation.
- Comprehensive Brand Strategy Implementation: Work in collaboration with marketing, sales, and other departments to develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that elevate brand awareness, customer loyalty, and market share.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitor strategies, using insights to inform brand strategies and adjustments.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with business unit leaders to ensure full understanding and implementation of brand standards, facilitating training sessions as needed to educate staff on brand guidelines.
- Feedback Incorporation: Establish mechanisms for receiving and incorporating feedback from business units to continually refine and enhance brand standards and strategies.
- Ensure full compliance with provincial, state, and federal laws pertaining to the automotive industry and advertising standards, as regulated by consumer protection agencies, across all platforms, including traditional and digital, for Capital Automotive Group and its affiliated stores.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of brand management experience, preferably within the

automotive industry.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) with the ability to serve as a backup designer.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering excellence in brand presentation.

**Working Conditions**:
This is a full-time position located at our corporate headquarters. The role requires occasional travel to our business units for meetings, training, and brand audits.
