The FNHA team has an opening for a Service Delivery Analyst to lead the delivery of exceptional IT services to our clients.

**Title**: Service Management & Delivery Analyst
**Salary**: $70,677 - $88,399 - $97,239 per year (pay range explained below)
**Contract**: 1 year Term
**Hours**: 37.5 Hours, Monday - Friday (core hours 9am - 3pm)
**Location**: UK Building, Downtown - Hybrid (Minimum 50% in office)

**About the role**
As Service Management & Delivery Analyst, you will - Enhance services, strengthen relationships with customers and business partners. Provide efficiency in IMIT service delivery, collaborate with peers, and resolve issues or complaints.

**About you**
To be successful in this role you will have/be
- Completion of postgraduate Information Technology certificates, diploma or degree program
- Minimum of five years’ experience working in an IT service environment within a complex and diverse organization
- Broad technical understanding with the knowledge of service-level management and service engineering
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client and business relationships

**Occupational Certification**
- ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Foundations v3 or above
- Professional certifications IT Related certifications

The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours.
Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements.
The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level.

As a health and wellness organization, the FNHA has aligned with the Provincial Public Health Order released on October 14, 2021. We have a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy for all employees at First Nations Health Authority. This policy requires all employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. If selected for employment, you will be required to provide proof of vaccination by providing a copy of your BC Vaccination Card Passport with the QR code.
