Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team at The TMJ & Sleep Therapy Centre of London, ON As a Level 2 Dental Assistant, you will provide support to the dentist and help ensure efficient and high-quality dental care for our patients. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and patient-focused environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the dentist during dental procedures, including preparing the treatment area, sterilizing instruments
- Take and develop dental x-rays as directed by the dentist
- Prepare and maintain dental equipment and supplies
- Provide oral hygiene instructions to patients
- Schedule patient appointments and maintain patient records
- Assist with front desk duties, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and verifying insurance information

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant, Level 2 required

Knowledge of dental assisting techniques and procedures
- Proficiency in using Dentrix dental software systems
- Experience with orthodontics is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
