Imperial Capital Developments Corp.is a fully integrated real estate construction and development company with corporate headquarters in North York. Our primary activities include home design, renovation, land development and limited partnership investments.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively convey the value proposition of our construction and investment services.
- **Sales Experience**: Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales. Knowledge of construction and investment industries is a plus.
- **Customer Focus**: Ability to understand customer needs and tailor communication to address those needs effectively.
- **Persistence**: A resilient and determined attitude to handle rejection and persevere in reaching sales targets.
- **Time Management**: Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet set objectives.
- **Team Collaboration**: Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve overall company goals.
- **Adaptability**: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **Cold Calling**: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our construction and investment services.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and research.
- **Pitching Services**: Clearly articulate the features and benefits of our construction and investment offerings to prospective clients.
- **Appointment Setting**: Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications and interactions in the CRM system.
- **Follow-up**: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
- **Feedback**: Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams regarding customer responses and market trends.
- **Meet Targets**: Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
