Immigration Filing Clerk

Toronto, Canada MANA Immigration Services Full time

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with clients to collect necessary information, clarify requirements, and provide updates on case progress.
- Monitor and track case status, ensuring adherence to deadlines and regulatory requirements.
- Drafting submission letters, working off of precedents when appropriate and creating new documents when necessary.
- Stay updated on changes in immigration regulations and policies to ensure compliance and accurate guidance to clients.
- Compiling all documents required for submissions and processing them in a timely manner, making sure all relevant files are up-to-date.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in Farsi and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Previous experience as an Immigration Filing Clerk or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of immigration regulations, procedures, and forms.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using immigration software and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
