Job Overview:
As a Call Center Representative for our agricultural service specializing in broiler breeders, you will serve as a vital link between our company and poultry farmers. Your role involves addressing inquiries, providing information on broiler breeding programs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:
Inbound Calls:

- Answer incoming calls from poultry farmers and provide information about broiler breeding programs.
- Address inquiries related to broiler breed selection, nutrition, health, and management.

Order Processing:

- Assist farmers in placing orders for broiler chicks and related products.
- Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Data Entry:

- Enter and update customer information, orders, and interactions in the customer relationship management.
- Maintain accurate and organized records.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $23.20-$27.15 per hour

Expected hours: 23 per week
