We are seeking an experienced Operator Driver to fill a temporary position in the Morden Customer Service Centre who will operate
and maintain light and heavy self-propelled vehicles and auxiliary implements. Will haul, hoist, load, and unload various types of
apparatus, construction material, and equipment. Will perform other various related duties within a CSC environment associated with
but not limited to the installation and removal of poles, streetlights, anchors, and bases in an energized and non-energized
environment. Will require certification on various types of construction equipment.

**_ Responsibilities:_**
- Required to assist digger truck and operator in the removal and installation of poles, anchors, transformers, streetlights

standards and bases.
- May be required to act as the alternate for the digger operator in their absence.
- Haul and handle poles, line hardware, wire, and necessary tools as required.
- Operate/maintain power tools, hand tools, and equipment.
- Operate and maintain assigned vehicles in accordance with Highway Traffic Act Regulations and Manitoba Hydro Standards.
- May be required to operate and maintain equipment including:

- Bucket Truck
- Digger Truck
- Loader
- Forklift
- Tandem axle Dump Truck
- Skid Steer
- ATV and UTV
- Perform minor repairs and lubrication on assigned units.
- Required to direct and train junior staff.
- Will be required to assist CSC Stores with material management and material orders as required.
- Will be required for emergency response.
- Will be required to work in various locations. Required to travel by all modes of transportation i.e. air, land, and water.

**_ Qualifications:_**
- Minimum Grade 10 education plus completion of Operator Driver II schools.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety.
- Possess the necessary experience to operate and maintain equipment assigned to the classification.
- Possess or will be required to obtain the Manitoba Hydro Equipment Operator certification and Operator Driver training
- appropriate for the equipment to be operated.- Possess a valid Province of Manitoba Drivers Licence Class 3 with Air Brake endorsement.
- Must demonstrate the knowledge and ability to work with overhead, underground distribution material.
- Adhere to the Manitoba Hydro Worker Protection code, Safe Work Procedures, Life Saving rules, provincial traffic control

**Salary Range**
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The range for the classification is $26.01-$34.06 Hourly,
$49,837.58-$65,262.08 Annually.
