**Analyst **to join the growing team.

**Job Summary**:
The Revenue Analyst will provide effective support for our hospitality portfolio. This role will focus on
improving our overall revenue management which includes supporting our hotel properties in managing
inventory through all distribution channels for optimal availability. It will also closely monitor accuracy
with daily, weekly and monthly reporting for all revenue channels.

**Job Accountabilities**
- Act as key analyst point of contact for revenue management related initiatives
- Monitor accuracy on daily, weekly and monthly revenue projection reports
- Produce daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue reports as directed by Director of

Revenue Interpret business analytics into meaningful action to improve rate and occupancy

metrics
- Support properties in managing inventory through all distribution channels for optimal

availability
- Enter weekly 14-day forecast into scheduling system for all properties
- Adjust inventory numbers daily as required and ensure correct rates are populated
- Complete rate loadings and promotions
- Complete weekly review with catering and sales
- Complete weekly commission reviews
- Partner closely with hotel leadership teams to drive revenue goals forward
- Other duties as assigned

**Core Competencies**:

- Excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to partnering with department leaders
- Proficient in revenue management technologies and systems
- Ability to generate value-added and accurate reporting
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Strong analytical thinker who operates with a high attention to detail

**Education/Experience**:

- University degree or technical diploma preferred
- 3+ years of related experience
- Experience in a hospitality setting strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Excel is required
- Opera technology experience would be an asset
