**Position overview**

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Collection of lost and found items throughout the airport.
- Logging misplaced or lost items into an inventory system
- Initiating investigations to reunite items with their owners.
- Returning items to guests, donating or disposing of items that are not reunited.
- Organizing the inventory, handling cash and high-value items, and dealing with ground/air shipping couriers

**Key qualifications include**:

- High school diploma plus one or two years of post-secondary education
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite products such as Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and demonstrated resourcefulness to reunite items with owners.
- Must be extremely detail-oriented and highly accurate.
- Must handle difficult conversations well and be willing to communicate openly even when delivering unwanted responses.
- Ability to coordinate and accomplish a variety of tasks and projects under tight timelines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs.

**Salary Range **:$47,540 to $62,135 per annum, based on a 37.5-hour work week. This is individually tailored to reflect your unique experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
