COMPENSATION PER HOUR: $17/hr to start + tips

**WHAT WE DO**

C'est Tout Bakery & Bistro is a high volume bakery and bistro located in Smiths Falls that boasts long standing regular customers, catering clients, and daily drop in customers from all walks of life. Our customers love our dining area and patio, the daily lunch specials, the grab-and-go fare for picnics in the park, Friday Take Out meals, and specialty items like deserts, cakes, and pastries.

You know how to lead and support your team, with the broader team's success at the center of what you do and don’t shy away from challenging or uncomfortable discussions with your team members or guests, knowing that your manager and owner support you.

You recognize that guests are choosing our establishment and that the level of service you provide directly impacts that choice.

While you’re self-motivated and don’t need reminders during slower periods of all the little things that need doing, you also understand the importance of working as a team; you have excellent communication skills; appreciate a clean and organized environment; and can provide and accept feedback. You’re also comfortable with technology, specifically a point of sale system.

**CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT**
- Must have valid Smart Serve
- Must be available Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10AM and 8PM *NOTE Our winter hours are Tuesday - Saturday from 10AM - 5PM and our summer hours Tuesday - Saturday 8AM - 7PM. During summer hours, your shift would be 8 hours, scheduled between the hours of 10AM and 8PM to cover our alcohol service periods and closing. May 1 through Thanksgiving weekend is our busiest time of year and as such where we need the most support from our head server, however we commit to providing 3 Saturdays off between May 1 and Thanksgiving. Our long break is over the Christmas holidays, when we close for approximately 2 weeks.
