Full Time (30+ hours per week) HEAD SERVER

HOURS OF WORK: standard shift is 8 hours, Tuesday through Saturday between the hours of 7:30AM and 8PM

COMPENSATION PER HOUR: $17/hr + tips

START DATE: early May 2023

**WHAT WE DO**

C'est Tout Bakery & Bistro is a high volume bakery and bistro located in Smiths Falls that boasts long standing regular customers, catering clients, and daily drop in customers from all walks of life. Our customers love our dining area and patio, our classic comfort bistro menu, the grab-and-go fare for picnics in the park, Friday Take Out meals and specialty items like deserts, cakes, and pastries.

While you’re self-motivated and don’t need reminders during slower periods of all the little things that need doing, you also understand the importance of working as a team; you have excellent communication skills; appreciate a clean and organized environment; and can provide and accept feedback. You’re also comfortable with technology, specifically a point of sale system.

**CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT**
- Must have valid Smart Serve
- Must be available Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 8AM and 8PM *NOTE our summer and winter hours do differ, however not beyond the hours indicated. May 1 through Thanksgiving weekend is our busiest time of year and as such where we need the most support from our head server, however we commit to providing 3 Saturdays off between May 1 and Thanksgiving. Our long break is over the Christmas holidays, when we close for approximately 2 weeks.
