**Travel Insurance Specialist**

**What You'll Do**:
- Find the perfect plan: Assess customer needs, review coverages, and offer the ideal policy.
- Stay in the loop: Keep up-to-date with products and procedures for continuous improvement.

- Sales superhero: Exceed sales goals and keep clients happy and protected.
- The trusted advisor: Offer guidance, claim counseling, and sound judgment for clients' peace of mind.
- Master of policies: Maintain knowledge of underwriting guidelines and policy management systems.

- Clear communication: Explain policy benefits effectively and send timely quotations and documentation.
- Tech-savvy pro: Manage inbound/outbound calls and assist clients via various platforms.

**Qualifications**:
- **AMF license **:Insurance of persons or Group insurance of persons
- **LLQP**: Completed or currently obtaining an Accident & Sickness and Life License.
- Experience in handling mobility insurance inquiries.
- Quick learner: Adapt to various quotes and sales platforms.
- Bilingual in English and French - is a must
- A sales-focused background is a plus.
- Tech skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and familiar with internet platforms.
- Great communicator: Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Multitasker extraordinaire: Handle fluctuating work volumes in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Empathy ambassador: Show understanding, patience, and resourcefulness in interactions.
- Background check: Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check.
- Travel industry experience is advantageous.
- Sales champ: Proven track record in a contact-center environment.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
