The primary work locations are the Moncton, Fredericton, and Saint John areas of New Brunswick.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of audio-visual projects, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements, timelines, and deliverables
- Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and subcontractors to coordinate project activities and ensure timely completion within budget
- Anticipate and mitigate project risks, conflicts, and issues, and escalate as necessary to ensure timely resolution
- Utilize knowledge of Telecon and AVIXA standards to recommend appropriate audio-visual technology solutions to clients
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against key milestones and performance metrics
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure installations meet design specifications and quality standards
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and conflicts, and escalate as needed to ensure timely resolution
- Provide technical expertise and support to project teams, clients, and stakeholders on audio-visual technology solutions and best practices
- Prepare and deliver project documentation, including proposals, contracts, change orders, and close-out reports

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, CTS, Computer Science, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in audio-visual projects, preferably in the AV integration industry
- Strong understanding of audio-visual technologies, equipment, and systems
- Programming certification and experience across a variety of commercial Audio-Visual product lines
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, from initiation to completion
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and team members
- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is a plus
- Willingness to travel to client sites and work flexible hours as needed
