Associate, Operations III

**What is the opportunity?**

As an Associate, Operations III, you will be responsible for analyzing, processing and provide customer service support for exception-based complex and/or highly specialized Operation’s processes.

**What will you do?**
- Analyze and process support for exception-based, complex and/or highly specialized processes
- Liaise and provide support for areas requiring research, problem resolution and information.
- Participate in testing of new systems
- Train and act as a resource for Operation’s team members
- Review and/or record date to support processes
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

**What do you need to succeed?**

**Must-haves**
- Previous experience in Settlements of CDS and DTC trades
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and within a team
- Microsoft Office skills
- Proven organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in situations involving rapid change, shifting priorities, and/or simultaneous demands

**Nice-to-have**
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent college diploma in Business, preferably in Finance or Economics
- Account Transfers experience
- Ability to work in Toronto or Meadowvale (Mississauga) location
- Knowledge of/exposure to lines of business: RBC Retail Branches, Direct Investing, Dominion Securities
